Botham English rosé 2020

Soft pale pink in colour with golden hues and delicate aroma’s of citrus fruit, orchard flowers and strawberries are carefully balanced with an undertone of subtle spice and a crisp acidity.

The Botham rosé really opens up on the palate and where it shows it's elegance.  Flavours of raspberries, strawberries combine with the other red fruit and the wine finishes with a delicious, persistence and appealing length.

Provençal is style, this Botham English rosé is summer in a bottle. The key style considerations in the making of this wine were to showcase the delicate, silky smooth, aromatic flavours of the fruit whilst carefully balancing the fine acidity.

Blend : Regent 45%, Pinot Noir 24%  Chardonnay 31%, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris.

Sir Ian Botham OBE has joined together with Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn, the passionate driving force behind the award winning English wines from Hush Heath Estate (opens in a new window) to produce his own Botham English rosé and Botham Sparkling English rosé . 

With the shared desire to champion English wine around the world, they have collaborated to produce this Botham rosé from the Garden of England, Kent.
